I M M A N U E L   S C H O O L

In the Autumn of 2022, the senior pupils along with class 3 went on a trip to the Aerospace Museum in Bristol. The trip was guided by Professor Burgess (Bristol University), who used to teach Physics at the school. It was a very interesting day out, where the children got to hear all about Concorde, which was ground-breaking and still holds world records. There was also a chance to walk around the 'History of Flight' Museum with many other engineering and aeronautical displays. The children also participated in a workshop, which for the seniors  was a chance to build a utility for a Mars rover, and for the Juniors a chance to try and build a compressed air driven rocket car.
